Curating the Perfect Event
The Blank Table is designed as a secret dinner series, with most of the details- including the location menu-revealed the evening before the event via email with a link to an obscure, unknown, and off-the-beaten-path location. Committed to reinvesting in the local community and native creatives, menus feature sustainable, seasonal, and complex flavors while utilizing a broad range of spirits. These events come alive with local culinary greats, iconic hospitality members, and guests who arrive as strangers and leave slightly buzzed with a few new friends.
The event concept and site logistics, which include conceptualizing the vision and goals of a marketing event, creating the overall look and feel of the activities and their order, as well as managing the physical aspects of an event, are the first services that Chrome City Creative uses to produce The Blank Table dinners.
Additional services include developing the event program, which organizes the day's events and assigns tasks to staff members who handle them on the event day, and vendor management, which identifies vendors who fit the event's budget and requirements and manages them before, during, and after the event.
The services also cover invitation development, distribution, RSVPs, and invite coordination. This includes creating invitations, effectively conveying the intended message, distributing them to the intended audience, and keeping the guest list current with regular updates based on RSVPs and other crucial information.
Dinner production at The Blank Table extends beyond event planning. It entails employing social media planning to develop and carry out strategies for promoting the brand, its goods, and services on social media. A company's genuine character is established and communicated via its marketing initiatives, including advertising, content production, and customer service, through an integrated brand voice that Chrome City Creative employs.
Among these services, Chrome City Creative uses strategic partnerships by collaborating with regional nonprofits in San Diego, such as Feeding San Diego, to build a relationship with this external group and support fundraising efforts while bringing people together for unique experiences. Some of the partners we have had the pleasure of curating include:
Feeding San Diego
Seven Grand
Specialty Produce
Campfire Restaurant
Pernot Ricard
Garage Collective
The Blank Table by Chrome City Creative aims to bring individuals together as a micro-community to share ideas, discuss issues they are passionate about, and promote good change and economic growth in San Diego.
