Q: In what ways do you feel your most wise?

A: Since a very early age, I've been told I'm an old soul. I think I'm wise in the sense that I'm a fast learner, and once I've learned a lesson - I rarely repeat mistakes. This allows me to experience a lot, quickly - and share wisdom with others that are going through similar situations.

Q: What brings out the wild in you?

A: I love spending time with people who feel like home - my immediate family, husband, and closest friends. I have a very small circle of people I actually feel comfortable around - but when I'm with those people, the wild comes out.

Q: Who inspires you with their wild and wise approach to life?

A: My husband! He's never afraid to take chances, and always encourages me to leap before I'm "ready". It's the best way to learn, and if you're confident in yourself, you know you'll always figure it out!

Q: How can aspiring visionaries find the right balance between pushing boundaries and drawing from life's lessons?

A: Everyone has their own set of priorities and boundaries- turning inward and learning yourself allows you to find what those are for you! Once you have that moral code, it's all about intention. When you find yourself at a crossroads, ask yourself if you're acting out of fear or acting with intention. Generally, when you're asking for advice from others, you already know the answer.

Q: How do you personally define a "curated life," and how has this concept shaped your choices and experiences?

A: I haven't heard of this phrase, but I love it! I'd say a "curated life" is a life that highlights your priorities and is free of things that don't make you happy. I'm a big routine person, and I think that I use these routines to really "curate" my day to day life. Also, I think this curation is especially important in regards to the people you keep around you. I'm really conscious about surrounding myself with people who energize me rather than drain me.

Q: What are your aspirations and vision for the future, considering both your wild creative ideas and the wisdom you've gained?

A: I have huge dreams and I visualize them often - ultimately, my mission is to help people (especially high-performing women) learn how to take care of business while taking care of themselves. My company, Cacti Wellness, is pioneering the "Productive Wellness" movement- but I just know this will be a huge space within the next 5 years. We need to find that intersection between hustle culture and self care, and I truly believe it's my purpose to bring this mainstream.
